I am a licenced Acupuncturist, Functional Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach, specialising in Women's Health and Fertility.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and graduate of the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. It was my own experience that drew me to practice Chinese Medicine, where Having moved to London, my chronic migraines worsened in frequency and severity, compounded by insomnia and anxiety. I was determined to get my health back on track and my research led me to Chinese Medicine.
In my first session, I learned that Acupuncture was root cause medicine and that treatments were tailored to the individual, not just their symptoms. Soon after, I quickly began to see improvement in my health, which later led to my decision to retrain as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
I have a post graduate diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture and have completed The Fertility Support Advanced Diploma. I am also qualified as a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. More recently, I achieved my Applied Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AMFCP), at the Institute of Functional Medicine where I continue to deepen my knowledge on their Certification Programme (IFMCP).
